One thing has become clear; computers have now become a feature in most households in Britain. Certainly a vast percentage of businesses will have at least 1. Computer sales are still rising but the question of conscious disposal, still needs addressing. We try and recycle as many computer parts as possible. Most cases are more than serviceable for instance and many cards, modems, cable looms, power packs that are inside are fully functional and recyclable. If a major computer failure happens it is rare that it affects more than 2 parts inside. We test for and identify these parts then select them for re-sale for minimum profit. It is not our plan to become rich from selling recycled computers but we do feel that as a ‘computer company’ we are responsible for keeping them out of the ground for as long as possible.
